Returns & Refunds

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you would like to return a product, you have 15 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.

To start the process, use the Contact form and include your order number. You are welcome to share your reason so I can help, but you do not need to justify withdrawing from your purchase. I will provide the return instructions and address.

Return conditions

• Return the product unused, with all its components and, where possible, its complete original packaging. You may inspect it as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is needed to check its characteristics may result in a deduction for diminished value.
• The buyer pays the direct shipping cost of a change-of-mind return. This does not apply to costs we are legally required to cover for faulty or incorrect products.
• Pack the parcel carefully and keep your proof of postage. I recommend a tracked or recorded delivery service so the parcel can be located in transit.
• After notifying me of your decision, send the product back within the following 14 calendar days.

Refunds

When your return arrives, I will check the product and send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be made to the original payment method, without a refund processing fee.

For statutory withdrawals, the refund will be processed without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of your notice. We may withhold it until the goods or proof of their return have been received, whichever comes first. Where the original delivery cost is refundable, the standard delivery amount will be refunded, excluding any supplement for a more expensive delivery option.

Has something arrived damaged or incorrect?

Use the Contact form with your order number and photographs if possible. I will help find a solution. This policy does not limit your statutory rights for faulty goods or items that do not match your purchase.
